Report No. 6 dated April 24, 2026

The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. ("Issuer"), concluded on April 24, 2026, between
the Issuer and PCO S.A. ("PCO"), a Polish optoelectronic products company specializing in
protection, has been applied, in addition to No. 1, to the framework agreement dated April 7,
2025 ("Annex"), which is protected by the user, and which was disclosed for the purpose of
providing thermal imaging cameras ("Arrays").

According to the Annex, the contract term was issued on December 31, 2032 (with a final end
date of December 31, 2031). The delivery date for the Arrays parts available for testing was set
for the fourth quarter of 2026. The sales volume and new production capacity for the Arrays were
determined for the years 2027-2032, with the overall scope not deviating from the general terms.
The estimated value of the framework agreement, covering direct debits, excluding sales
collection under distribution, is PLN 191,860,000.

The remaining provisions remain unchanged.
